Opening note: how this desk writes
This is the first note on Crypto Desk, and it is deliberately light on market calls. The point of an opening note is to set the standard: what gets published here, how it is framed, and what readers should never expect from this account.
The desk writes for people who already trade or allocate in crypto. That audience does not need excitement. It needs clearer framing — liquidity conditions, reflexive loops, risk constraints, and an honest statement of time horizon. When a note has a view, the view should be separable from the facts that support it.
You will not find giveaways, “100x” language, or paid shills here. If a piece mentions an asset, treat it as commentary, not a prompt to act. Position, sizing, and timing remain your problem — as they should.
Future notes will follow this shape: short paragraphs, dated context, and a clear line between observation and opinion. This page itself is a structural template. Replace the body when the next real note is ready; keep the tone.
Commentary is not a substitute for a process. If you do not have one, a note will not give you one.
